At the Japan Sake & Shochu Fair 2025


you can see, savor, and purchase top brands of sake, honkaku shochu, and awamori from all over Japan, as well as enjoy engaging with brewers and distillers.


These traditional Japanese alcoholic beverages are crafted using traditional techniques recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in December 2024.

Sake seminars
・Seminar venue (2 times per session / approx. 40 people per seminar) 8 seminars during the event
※Participating in the sake seminar requires payment of a fee and advance reservation.
※Only available to persons who have already purchased a Japan Sake & Shochu Fair 2025 ticket.

Tickets:Adults:¥5,000 per session
Students:¥2,000 per session (limited to students 20 to 25 years of age)
Limited on-site ticket sales may be available if sessions are not sold out.

「伝統的酒造り」とは、杜氏や蔵人がこうじ菌を使い、長年の
経験をもとに築き上げてきた技術であり、その原型は500年以上前
に確立されたとされています。
日本各地の気候や風土に合わせて発展し、日本酒、焼酎、泡盛、
みりん等の製造に受け継がれてきました。

また、催事や婚礼等の日本の社会文化的な行事において酒が重要な
役割を果たしており、伝統的酒造りはそれを支える技術とされてい
ます。 この「伝統的酒造り」は、2024年12月5日にパラグアイで開
催されたユネスコ無形文化遺産保護条約第19回政府間委員会におい
て、ユネスコ無形文化遺産に登録されました。

全国日本酒フェア

45都道府県の酒造組合等が地域の風土や酒米などテーマを掲げて出展し、日本酒の試飲・販売を実施します。

本格焼酎・泡盛フェア

12の蔵元が選んだ銘柄を、12のバーテンダーがそれぞれに掘り下げ、この日のためのオリジナルカクテルを考案しました。
本格焼酎・泡盛も100銘柄以上の試飲が可能です。
